Why does my honey taste, look & feel different to last time?

If you are a regular customer you may notice a difference in the flavor, color & texture between different orders. This most likely will be noticed when we have started selling a new batch.

The reason that you there is this difference is due to nature. The bees make it different every season, this is due to weather prior to & during the time they collect their nectar, ie. if it is wet or dry ... or if it is hot or cold, plants yield their nectar differently. It also depends on what other plants are flowering at that time, while we manage the hives our best to get a pure manuka crop we cannot dictate to the bees where they must fetch from, they are wild and will do as they please. However our honey is all tested, & proof of authenticity is provided with our UMF certificate that you receive in your order.

We sell only our own honey that our bees have made on NZ's rugged natural bush land. Therefore we know that you are getting true to label top quality honey.
